Book VFS appointment for Indian passport renewal in KSA

Book an Appointment for Indian Passport Renewal

Follow these simple steps to book your VFS appointment for the renewal of your Indian Passport;

Step 1: Create an account

If you’re a new user, create your account on the VFS website by providing your email address, password, and mobile number. Activate your account by clicking the link sent to your email.

• Login to your account through this link.

Step 2: Visit the VFS Global website

Navigate to the appointment booking page and click on the “Book Now” button.

• Select “Start New Booking.”

• Choose your nearest VFS center.
• Select “Passport” as the appointment category.
• Select “Passport Service” as the appointment sub-category.
• Click on “Continue.”

Step 3: Personal details

Enter your personal information, such as name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number, and expiry date.

• Click on “Save.“

Step 4: Schedule an appointment

Select an available date and time slot from the calendar. Green indicates availability.

• Click on “Continue.”

Step 5: Additional services

Add any additional services such as form filling, photocopying, or printing if required.

• Form Filling E Visa: SR 46.
• Courier Service: SR 46.
• Form Filling Online Passport: 35.
• Photograph: SR 17.
• Printing: SR 2.30.
• Photocopy: SR 1.15.
• SMS: SR 1.15.

Step 6: Review and confirm

Review your details, tick the agreement boxes, and click on “Confirm” to book your appointment.

After confirmation, download your appointment slip with a QR code containing appointment details.

Step 7: Application Submission

Keep this with you when visiting the passport service center along with your other necessary documents.

Step 8: Passport Collection

Passport Once your application is successfully submitted at the passport service center, it will take a few days to process your application. You can then pick up your new passport from the same center.

After receiving the renewed Indian passport, you need to update it in Absher.
