- New Car Registration Fee: SR 400.
Al Rajhi Bank
In order to pay the pay the car registration fee for a new car through Al Rajhi Bank;
- Download the Application through PlayStore or iTunes.
- Log in to your Internet banking account.
- Select “Payments“.
- Press the “Government Payments” button.
- Select the “Motor Vehicle“.
- Choose “Register Vehicle“.
On the next screen, you need to enter a few details to pay for registering the new car in Saudi Arabia.
- New Owner ID: Iqama Number.
- Custom Card Number (explained below).
- New Vehicle Registration Type: New.
- Vehicle Body Type: 9 Passenger or Less.
- Issue the vehicle license plate without the logo.
- Pay SR 400 fee.
Customs Card Number
The customs card number will be provided to you by the company that has sold you the car. For example, if you have bought a car from Toyota, they will give you a customs clearance form where you can find the customs card number.
