Jeddah Saudi court has granted a Saudi woman a divorce as her husband does not involve in a sexual relationship with her. The divorce was filed by the woman as she had been married for two years but is still a virgin.

The lawyer of the woman, Rubab Al-Maib told that Jeddah’s court for domestic issues has called for the termination of the marriage.
The court has decided to set the woman free of the marriage as there had been no sexual relationship between the couple.
The statement added that marriage in Islam is done for attaining peace with each other and for the purpose of starting a family. In other words, it is the fundamental right of the marriage that was not being fulfilled.
