How to change Mobile Number in Absher?

You might need to change your mobile number registered with Absher online which is required to login in two situations. 

1. You want to update a new number with Absher. You can do it through the website.
2. You have lost/forgotten your Absher mobile number. You must update your mobile number without logging into your Absher account.

Change Absher mobile number through the website

If you can access the current mobile number registered with Absher, you can quickly update it online.

• Log in to Absher:. https://absher.sa 
• Click on the 3 lines given in the upper right corner.
• Select “Update User Information“.
• Click on the “Edit” button.

• Select the “Change Mobile Number” option.
• Click on the “Next” button.
• Absher will send you an SMS containing a link.
• Click on the link to update your Absher mobile number online.

Ensure that the new mobile you will link with Absher is registered in your name. 

Change Mobile Number in Absher without Login

If you have lost/forgotten your mobile number registered with Absher, you can change it without logging into your account through self-kiosk machines. To do that,

• Find the nearest KIOSK machine.
• Select the English language.
• Click on the “Update Mobile” option.
• Enter your Iqama Number.
• To complete the process, your identity will be verified. Click on “Continue“.
• Scan your index finger in the Absher machine.
• Enter your new Mobile Number.
• Enter the verification code.
• That’s it. You are done!

To confirm that your mobile number has been successfully updated in Absher, you can try to log in again. 

Change Email in Absher

To change the email registered with Absher,

• Log in to the Absher account. https://absher.sa 
• Click on the 3 lines given in the upper right corner.
• Select “Update User Information“.
• Click on the “Edit” button.
• Select “Edit Email” from the options.
• Write your email address in the confirm email address box.
• Click on the “Save” button.
