You need to book a biometric Etimad/Tasheer appointment to stamp a family visit visa, permanent family visa, Hajj visa, or Umrah Visa. In this article, we have explained the procedure to book an appointment.

Etimad/Tasheer Appointment Online
First of all, open the Tasheer website and select the following;
- Open the Tasheer website https://vc.tasheer.com/.
- Select your country.
- Click on “Schedule an Appointment“.
- Select the Nationality of the applicant.
- Select the “Visa Category“.
- Family Visit Visa: Family Visit
- Permanent Family Visa: Resident
- Umrah Visa: Umrah
- Visa Application for Individual or Family.
On the next screen, you need to enter the “Sponsor Details“.
- Sponsor ID: Iqama Number.
- Invitation/PreApproval Number: Visa Number.
On the next page, enter the applicant’s personal and passport details.
Next, select the date, timing, lounge, and city for the Etimad/Tasheer Appointment.
- Select “Normal” service as the “lounge” charges you more.
- People with Islamabad visas can book an Appointment for Peshawar, Islamabad, or Lahore.
- People with Karachi visas can go to Etimad Centers in Quetta and Karachi.
That’s it; you have successfully booked the Etimad/Tasheer appointment for your visa.
Check Etimad Appointment Status
After booking the appointment, the screen will take you to the home screen, where you can quickly check the status of the Etimad/Tasheer biometric Appointment.
- Open the Tasheer website https://vc.tasheer.com/print.
- Enter the passport number. Add “0” initially if the system doesn’t accept it.
- Select your Date of Birth.
The system will show you the appointment details. You can print the appointment letter for future use.
Appointment Letter
If you click the “Print Appointment Letter” on the above screen, the system will take you to the following screen. You must take the Tasheer Appointment Letter with you on the appointment day.
Remember that the password of the Letter is the passport number of the principal applicant. Make sure you enter the passport number without the CAPS LOCK turned on.
Reschedule an Appointment
You can also reschedule your Etimad/Tasheer appointment by following this process;
- Open the Tasheer website https://vc.tasheer.com/reschedule.
- Enter the passport number. Add “0” initially if the system doesn’t accept it.
- Select your Date of Birth.
The system will show you the appointment details.
- Select the appropriate date and time and confirm the details.
