Strong Shoulder
According to Ibn Sirin رحمة الله عليه, the most incredible dream interpreter of Islam, seeing a man’s shoulder in the dream is interpreted as a woman.
If the one sees his shoulder is vast and mighty in a dream, he shall marry a woman.
If the man sees that he has the shoulder of a cow or a goat, he will also find a woman.
Weak Shoulder
A broken shoulder in the dream means that his wife shall die.
If the person sees that his shoulder is correct, this is interpreted as the dreamer’s extreme wealth and beauty. However, if the shoulder is weak and not firm, it has an interpretation opposite to the one stated above.
According to Ibrahim Karmani رحمة الله عليه, a 16th-century scholar of Islam, if the meat of the shoulder is open, such that veins are visible, then such a dream means that in that year, he will face a lot of sorrows. If the dream is such that the shoulder is intact, then that year will be blessed.
