In order to renew vehicle registration in Saudi Arabia, you need to pay the Istimara Renewal fee online. Here is the procedure through Rajhi and SNB bank.
Istimara Renewal Fee
- The vehicle registration renewal fee is SR 300 for 3 years.
- Fine of SR 100/year for not renewing Istimara within 60 days of its expiry.
Al Rajhi Bank
In order to pay the Istimara renewal fee in KSA through Al Rajhi bank;

- Download the Application through PlayStore or iTunes.
- Log in to your internet banking account.
- Click on the “Payments” option at the bottom.
- Press the “Government Payment” button.
- Services: Motor Vehicle.
- Application Type: Renew Vehicle Registration.
On the next page, select the following;
- Transaction Type: Payment.
- Current Owner ID: Iqama Number.
- Enter Vehicle Sequence Number.
If you have selected the settings correctly, you would be able to pay the fee online through Al Rajhi bank.
SNB Bank
In order to pay the Saudi Istimara renewal fee through SNB or Al Ahli Bank,
- Download the Application through PlayStore or iTunes.
- Log in to your internet banking account.
- Select “SADAD“.
- Click on “Government Payments and Refunds“.
- Biller: Motor Vehicles.
- Service: Renew Vehicle Registration.
- Select “Unregistered”.
- Current Owner ID: Iqama Number.
- Enter Vehicle Sequence Number.
If you have selected the settings correctly, you would be able to pay the Saudi fee through SNB.
