How to make UrPay international transfer?

UrPay Registration

To register a UrPay account,

• Download the UrPay application from PlayStore or iTunes.
• Enter your Mobile Number.
• Enter your Iqama Number.
• Write the 4-digits passcode.
• Approve the authentication request through Nafath App.
• Job Sector: Private Sector.
• Enter the Employer Name.
• Income Source: Salary.
• Job Category: Iqama Profession.
• Income Range: Gross Salary.

That’s it, you have successfully registered your UrPay account.

Add money to the UrPay account

To add money to the UrPay account through a debit or credit card;

• Click on the “Add Money” button.
• Select “Bank Card“.
• Enter the amount of money.
• Enter the card details.
• Save the card.

That’s it, you had added money to the UrPay account using a debit or credit card.

You can also add money to the UrPay account using its IBAN number. In order to do that; 

• Click on the “Add Money” button.
• Select Bank Transfer.
• Copy the UrPay IBAN account number.
• You can transfer funds from another Saudi bank using the IBAN.

UrPay International Transfer

In order to make an international bank transfer through the UrPay account, you need to add a beneficiary;

• Click on the “Pay” button.
• Select “For International Transfer“.
• Click on the “Create Beneficiary” button.
• Add the required details to create a beneficiary.

Once the international beneficiary is added to the UrPay account, you can make the transfer;

• Click on the “Pay” button.
• Select “For International Transfer“.
• Select the beneficiary.
• Enter the amount to be transferred.
• Urpay international transfer fee: SR 8.
• Urpay international transfer limit: SR 20,000/month.

UrPay Local Bank Transfer

You can also use the UrPay service to make a local bank transfer to a Saudi bank account. In order to do that;

• Click on the “Pay” button.
• Select “For Local Transfer“.
• Click on the “Create Beneficiary” button.
• Add the required details to create a beneficiary.
• Select the beneficiary.
• Enter the amount to be transferred.
• The amount will be transferred immediately.

Cancel Money Transfer Request

After transferring money from UrPay, you might have to cancel a transaction. The process is explained below;

• Click on the transaction itself.
• Scroll down and click on the “Cancel” option.
• Select the reason for the cancellation.
• Click on the “Cancel” button again.
• That’s it, you have received the refund.

UrPay Remittance Tracking

After transferring money from UrPay, you can track the remittance status. 

• Track your Money Transfer Status on Money Gram website.
• Available for Receiving: Amount is sent to your home country.
• Money Received: The amount has been transferred.
• Available for Refund: You can claim the refund.
• Money Refunded: The money is refunded to your account.

Withdraw money from UrPay account

There is no direct way to withdraw money from the UrPay account but you can use the following method;

• Transfer funds to a local bank account as explained above.
• Withdraw money from that account through the ATM.
