How to redeem Mokafa points into cash?

Al Rajhi bank awards Mokafa points for every purchase on its debit/credit cards, every bill payment etc. Here is the process to redeem Mokafa points into cash.

Check Mokafa points balance

In order to check your Mokafa points balance and its history, 

• Download the Application through PlayStore or iTunes.
• Log in to your internet banking account.
• Click on the “Explore” button.
• Select the “Extras” option from the top.
• Look for the “Mokafa” tab from the many options given.
• The next screen will show you Mokafa points balance.
• Click on the “Transaction History” button to check the history of Mokafa points.

Redeem Mokafa points into cash

In order to redeem your Mokafa points balance into cash, follow this process;

• Register a UrPay account.
• Download the UrPay application from PlayStore or iTunes.
• Click on the “Add Money” button.
• Select “Mokafa Points” as an option.
• Enter the number of Mokafa points you want to redeem into cash.
• 400 Mokafa Points = SR 1.
• Click on the “Next” button.
• Execute the rest of the transaction and you will find the balance into your UrPay account. 

Mokafa points Expiry

Mokafa points earned today will expire after 1 year. Therefore, it is quite important to keep on utilizing the balance. I have wasted a lot of points just because I did not know how to redeem them.
