How to pay dependent fee in KSA?

Every expat having a family in Saudi Arabia needs to pay the dependent fee at the time of renewal of the Iqama or issuance of the new iqama of a family member.

SNB or Al Ahli Bank

In order to pay the dependent fee online using SNB bank;

• Download the Application through PlayStore or iTunes.
• Log in to your internet banking account.
• Click on the Menu in the bottom-right corner.
• Select “SADAD“.
• Choose “Government Payments“.

Dependent Fee for all family

Enter the following details if you want to pay the dependent fee for all family members at once for Iqama renewal;

• Biller: Residents Services.
• Service: Associate Fees for all Registered Associated on the Head of Household.
• Select Unregistered.
• Iqama ID: Family Head Iqama Number.
• Fee Duration for Iqama Renewal: Iqama Expiry Date + 1 year.
• Pay Dependent Fee for 3 months: Iqama Expiry Date + 3 months.
• Fee duration for Final Exit: Final Exit Visa Issuance Date + 2 months.

Dependent Fee for a New Iqama

Enter the following details to issue the final exit visa of a specific associate or want to issue a new Iqama for a dependent;

• Biller: Residents Services.
• Service: Associate Fees for a Specific Associate.
• Select Unregistered.
• Iqama ID: Family Head Iqama Number.
• Associate Iqama ID: Border Number or Dependent Iqama #.
• Fee duration for New Iqama: Iqama Expiry Date.
• Fee duration for Final Exit: Final Exit Visa Issuance Date + 2 months.

Dependent fee for a newborn

Enter the following details to pay the dependent fee for a child born inside Saudi Arabia;

• Biller: Residents Services.
• Service: Adding Dependent born Inside Saudi Arabia.
• Select Unregistered.
• Iqama ID: Family Head Iqama Number.
• Dependent DOB: Date of Birth of the newborn.
• Fee duration for New Iqama: Iqama Expiry Date.

Al Rajhi Bank

In order to pay the dependent fee online using Al Rajhi bank,

• Download the Application through PlayStore or iTunes.
• Log in to your internet banking account.
• Click on Payments.
• Press the “Government Payment” button.
• Services: Residents Services

Dependent Fee for all family

If you want to pay the dependent fee for all family members under your sponsorship, select “Associate Fees for All Registered Associates on the Head of Household Iqama Service ID” and enter the following details;

• Transaction Type: Payment.
• Iqama ID: Family Head Iqama Number.
• Fee duration for Iqama Renewal: Iqama Expiry Date + 1 year.
• Pay Dependent Fee for 3 months: Iqama Expiry Date + 3 months.
• Fee duration for Final Exit: Final Exit Visa Issuance Date + 2 months.

Dependent Fee for a New Iqama

Select “Associate Fees for a Specific Associate Service ID” to pay the dependent fee for the following 3 categories;

• Issue a final exit for a specific dependent.
• A baby born outside Saudi Arabia.
• A family arrived on a permanent family visa.

Note: There is no dependent fee for the first 3 months of arrival to KSA.

After the selection, enter the following details;

• Transaction Type: Payment.
• Iqama ID: Family Head Iqama Number.
• Associate Iqama ID: Border Number or Dependent Iqama #.
• Fee duration for New Iqama: Iqama Expiry Date.
• Fee duration for Final Exit: Final Exit Visa Issuance Date + 2 months.

Dependent fee for a newborn

If your child is born in KSA, select the option “Adding dependent born inside Saudi Arabia” and enter the following details;

• Transaction Type: Payment.
• Iqama ID: Family Head Iqama Number.
• Birth Date: Dependent Date of Birth.
• Fee duration: Iqama Expiry Date.

Check Dependent Fee in Absher

In order to check if the dependent fee is properly paid, log in to your Absher account.

• Scroll down until you see “Public Query Available Funds“.
• Enter “Iqama Number“.
• Enter the captcha code.

If you find an amount of deposit under “Passport Deposit“, it means that the dependent fee has been paid.
