How to pay Saudi Council of Engineers fee?

When registering or renewing SCE, you need to pay the Saudi Council of Engineers fee online using the SADAD code. Here we have explained the process;

Saudi Council of Engineers fee

• Registration Fee: SR 500.
• Membership fee: SR 200/year for technicians and SR 250/year for engineers.
• Renewal Fee: SR 200/year for technicians and SR 250/year for engineers.

At the time of registration or renewal of membership, SCE sends an SMS to the registered mobile number containing a SADAD bill number to make the payment.

If you have lost the SMS, you can log in to your SCE account and retrieve the SADAD number from there.

Al Rajhi Bank

In order to pay the Saudi Council of Engineers fee through Al Rajhi bank,

• Download the Application through PlayStore or iTunes.
• Log in to your internet banking account.
• Select “Payments“.
• Press the “One Time Payment” button.
• Select “Government Services“.
• Search “123 – Saudi Council of Engineers“.

On the next page,

• Write the SADAD bill number generated from the SCE website.
• The system will show the SCE fee to pay.
• Click on the “Confirm” button to pay.

SNB or Al Ahli

In case you want to make the payment of the Saudi Council of Engineers fee through SNB Bank;

• Download the Application through PlayStore or iTunes.
• Log in to your internet banking account.
• Click on the “Menu” button.
• Select “SADAD” from the given options.
• Click on the “Government Payments“.
• Biller: Gov. Agencies.

On the next page, select the following settings to pay the Saudi Engineers Council fee through SADAD;

• Biller Group: Gov. Agencies
• Biller: 123 Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Subscriber Number: SADAD Bill number.
• Click on the “Proceed” button to make the SCE payment.

After the payment is made, wait for 10 minutes and log in to your SCE account to check the status of the payment.
