Appointment for Riyaz ul Jannah
To get the permit to pray inside the Riaz ul Jannah in Madina through the Nusuk application, do the following;
- Click on “Praying in the Noble Rawdah.”
- Select the companions for whom you want to take the permit.
- Select the Time and Date.
- Al Salam Gate No. 1 will be assigned to both men and women visiting Riyaz ul Jannah.
Cancel Riaz ul Jannah Permit
Canceling Riaz ul Jannah’s appointment is advisable if you are not using it. To cancel the appointment through Nusuk;
- Open the application and click on “Permits“.
- Select the permit you want to cancel.
- Click on the “Cancel Permit” button.
That’s it; you have canceled the permit. You could also reschedule the permit through the Tawakkalna application.

Women can enter Riyaz ul Jannah only during the following times after making an appointment through Eatmarna.

- 6:00 am until 9:00 am on Friday.

When to book the appointment? Best Time
You might have noticed that Riaz ul Jannah’s appointments are not generally available. Nusuk opens the appointment slots every Friday around 2:00 pm for the next week.
Therefore, if you plan to visit Masjid al Nabawi next week, look for the Riaz ul Jannah permit after the Friday prayers.
How frequently can you go?
Due to the immense crowd of people trying to visit Riaz ul Jannah on every trip to Madina, the Saudi government has decided that one individual will get the permit only once a year.
If you try to book another permit within one year, the Nusuk application shows this message: 10005032 – The date of the new permit must be 365 days after the previous permit.
Can we visit Riaz ul Jannah without a permit?
In the past, you might have heard some stories of people getting entry to Riaz ul Jannah without getting an appointment through Nusuk or Eatmarna. However, a new mechanism to enter Riyaz ul Jannah has been introduced to address this issue.
Before arrival at Riyaz ul Jannah, the visitor shall scan the barcode through the automated gates, head to the waiting area, and then to the grouping for entry. The visitor shall be returned through the designated areas if the permit is inactive.
