After filing the complaint, the police arrested the accused and investigated the case. Upon finding him guilty, he was sent to the court. A formal hearing and Otaibi’s confession ended the case with his execution orders.
The court remarked that the punishment is given after witnessing the severity of the crime, the killer’s brutality, and cruelty.
The appellate court also viewed the court’s remarks as sensible and thus upheld the execution orders.
The Royal House has also approved the death penalty for cruel and merciless fathers. Thus, the Ministry of Interior implemented the death penalty in Riyadh!
