How to do saudi driving license verification online?

There are four ways to check Saudi driving license status/verification online if it is original or fake i.e. through “public query driving license”, Tawakkalna, Absher, and internet banking.

Public query driving license

In order to check the Saudi driving license status online, follow this procedure.

• Open the Public Query Driving License from the Absher website.
• Enter the Iqama number.
• Enter the date of birth of the driver.

If the details of a driving license appear on the next page, it means that the driving license is actually issued by the Saudi authorities and it is not fake but original.

In case the traffic violation black points reach 24 in one year, the traffic police department suspends the license.

Tawakkalna Application

The second way to check the Saudi driving license (original/fake) is by getting the digital driving license from the Tawakkalna application. In order to do that;

• Download the Tawakkalna application.
• Log in to it using your Absher ID and password.
• Click on “Digital Document“.
• Scroll down and click on “Driving License“

Absher Individual

The third way to do Saudi driving license verification is through the Absher Individual application. In order to do that;

• Download the “Absher Individual” application through PlayStore or iTunes.
• Log in to the application using your Absher username and password.
• Click on “My Services“.
• Select “Digital Cards“.
• Click on “Activate Digital Card“.
• Select “Driving License” from the options.

Now click on the circle to select the driving license and tap on the “Review Details” button.

• If the following page appears, it means that your Saudi driving license status is valid.

Internet Banking

The fourth way to check the Saudi driving license (original/fake) is to try to pay the fee for the renewal of a driving license in Saudi Arabia.

• If the system shows you an amount to pay at the end of the process, it means that the driving license is original.
• If an error message shows up, it means that the Saudi driving license is fake.
