Check Traffic fines through Efaa.sa
You can check the traffic violation fine from efaa.sa website very easily. To do it;
- Open https://efaa.sa/
- Enter your Iqama Number.
- Enter your Date of Birth as per Iqama.
- Enter the OTP received on your mobile.
- The efaa.sa system will show you the total traffic fines to pay.

Check traffic violations without Absher account
The second way to check traffic fine without an Absher account is through the Tawakkalna application.
- Download Tawakkalna Services from Playstore or iTunes.
- Log in to it using your Absher ID and password.
- Click on “Dashboard.”
- Select “Traffic Violation” from the options.
- Click on “Unpaid Traffic Violations.”

Check Traffic fine with Iqama number
In case you want to check someone else traffic fine using the Iqama number;
- Log in to your Absher account https://www.absher.sa/
- Scroll down and select the “Detailed Query Traffic Violation” tab.
- Click on the “General Query.”
- ID: Enter Iqama number.
- The system will show you the amount of fines.

Check Traffic Violation ID
To check the vehicle number plate, date, time, and other details of a traffic violation in Saudi Arabia;
- Log in to your Absher account https://www.absher.sa/
- Scroll down and select the “Detailed Query Traffic Violation” tab.
- Click on the “Family Members Violation.”
- Select the family member from the drop-down list.
- The system will show you the amount of the fine.
- Scroll down and the system will show you “traffic violation ID”.
Check the vehicle number plate for traffic violation
- Click on the “+” button.
- Now press the “Details” button to check the vehicle number plate of a traffic violation.
- On this screen, you can see the traffic violation date and time.
- Scroll down a bit more until you see the vehicle number plate of the traffic violation.
Check traffic fine location
On the same screen, you would find a button to check the location of the traffic fine.
- Click on the “location” button.
- The system will open Google Maps with the pinned location.
- There is a margin of error of around 5km.
Check the picture of a traffic fine
You can check the picture taken by the Saher camera for the traffic fine in Saudi Arabia. To do that, you will have to use your computer as the picture is not visible in the mobile version of Absher;
- Open your desktop computer and log in to your account.
- Click on the “My Services.”
- Click on the “Traffic” tab.
- Select “Dispute Traffic Violation.”
- Click on “Dispute Violation.”
- Click on the “Open” button under actions.
- Scroll down until you see the picture of the violation taken by the Saher camera.
After checking all the details, if you are confident that you have not committed this traffic violation, you can create a dispute against it.
