Saudi HRSD Ministry has made an announcement that employees working in the private sector can do two jobs at a time.

Contractual Restrictions
The private sector employees who are doing two jobs at one time shall make sure that they are adhering to their respective employment contracts and to their company’s policies.
While there are some organizations that allow their employees to undertake more than one job, others restrict them for working for another employer.
Thus, the private sector employees can take two jobs at a time only if their organization allows them. They shall refer to their employment contract or their institution’s policies.
Does it apply on expats?
While the ministry has made this general statement, it is still not clear if it applies only on Saudi Citizens or on expats as well.
