Usage of the Service Certificate
The service certificate downloaded from Qiwa is considered an official document that can be submitted to Saudi authorities to prove work experience in private sector firms.
Moreover, the workers can present this certificate to other companies where they intend to move.
Get Employment Certificate
To get an experience/employment certificate from Qiwa,
- Register yourself with the Qiwa platform.
- Log in to your Qiwa Individual account: https://sso.qiwa.sa/sign-in
- Click on the “Individual Account“.
- Click on the 3 bars for options.
- Select the “Services” tab.
- Click on “Employment Certificates“.
On the next page,
- Click on “Apply for Certificate“.
- Select “Service Certficate“.
The Qiwa system will show you the experience certificate, which you can download and keep.
