How to book Maktab Amal appointment?

Many people do not know that you can discuss labor issues with officials and get legal advice for free by booking a Maktab Amal virtual or physical appointment. Here is the process;

Maktab Amal appointment

To book Maktab Amal appointment through Qiwa;

• Login to Qiwa: https://sso.qiwa.sa/sign-in
• Select Individual Account.
• Click on the three lines given in the upper right corner.
• Select “Labor Office Appointment“.
• Click on “Appointments in Labor Office“.
• Click on the “Book Appointment” button.

On the next page, you need to select from one of the following Maktab Amal appointment options;

• New Request – Virtual Appointment.
• Follow-up – Virtual Appointment.
• Inquiry – Virtual Appointment.
• In-person appointment.

On the next page, select carefully from the options given below;

• Select Laborer Relations – Individuals.
  • Musaaned Service for Domestic Workers.
• Subservice Name: Absent from Work or Work Permit for final exit.
• Region: Select Riyadh for a Virtual Appointment.
• Select the date and the time of the appointment.

You will receive an SMS on the mobile number registered with Qiwa containing the details of the Maktab Amal appointment.

Virtual Appointment: If you have booked a virtual appointment, the SMS will contain a link to download an application. Make sure to download it before the date and time of the appointment.  

In-Person Appointment: If you have booked an in-person Maktab Amal appointment, you must visit the designated labor office.
