How to change mobile number in Qiwa?

If you want to change your mobile number registered with Qiwa, you can do it in the following two ways;

• Change Qiwa’s password.

Change Qiwa number without Login

If you want to change your mobile number registered without logging into your Qiwa account, follow this process;

• Open Qiwa: https://sso.qiwa.sa/sign-in
• Enter your Iqama Number & Password.
• On the next page, click on the “Change Phone Number“.
• Enter your Iqama Number & the date of birth.
• Click on the “Continue” button.

The Qiwa system will send a message to your mobile number registered with Absher.

• Enter the Absher verification code.
• Enter your new mobile number.
• Click on “Continue” to confirm.
• Change Absher Mobile Number.

That’s it; you have successfully updated your registered mobile number without logging into your Qiwa account.

Update Mobile number – Qiwa

If you still have access to your mobile number currently registered with Qiwa, you can change it after logging into your account. To do it;

• Login to Qiwa: https://sso.qiwa.sa/sign-in
• Click on the “Human Icon 👤”
• Select “Individual” account.
• Click on the “Edit” button under contact information.
• Enter your Iqama Number.

The Qiwa system will send a message to your mobile number registered with Absher.

• Enter the Absher verification code.
• Change Absher Mobile Number.

On the next page,

• Enter the new mobile number.
• Press the “Save” button.
• That’s it.

Now, try to log in to your Qiwa account to check if the mobile number has been successfully updated in their records.
