1- Locate the “Free wheelchair Pickup point” in Masjid al-Haram. If you go near Dar-al-Tawhid hotel, you will find the scooter KIOSK. The accessible wheelchair pickup point is around there.
You can ask any Haram worker, and he will direct you to the right place. The pickup point is located at Plaza Point | Al-Shbaika Bridge.
2- Go inside the accessible wheelchair pick-up point and register your name there.
3- The wheelchair service to perform Umrah is entirely free of charge.
4- Return it immediately after completing Umrah, as the Wheelchair is Waqaf and will be used only for rah purposes. If you decide to take it home, it is actually stealing from the property of Masjid-al-Haram, and obviously, no one wants to do it.
