In order to apply for a new driving license in KSA, you need to pay the Saudi driving license fee and the Dallah Driving School fee. Here is the procedure.
Saudi Driving License Fee
The fee for a new driving license is SR 40 per year i.e.

SNB Bank
In order to pay the fee to issue a new driving license in Saudi Arabia through SNB or Al Ahli Bank;
- Download the Application through PlayStore or iTunes.
- Log in to your internet banking account.
- Click on the “Menu” button.
- Select “SADAD“.
- Click on “Government Payments“.
- Biller: Driving License.
- Service: Issue License.
- Select “Unregistered“.
- License Type: Private.
- Duration: 2, 5, or 10 years.

If you have selected the correct setting, you would be able to pay the fee.
Al Rajhi Bank
In order to pay the fee for a new driving license in Saudi Arabia through Al Rajhi bank;
- Download the Application through PlayStore or iTunes.
- Log in to your internet banking account.
- Select “Payments“.
- Press the “Government Payment” button.
- Services: Driving License.
- Application Type: Issue License.
On the next page, select the following;
- Transaction Type: Payment.
- Beneficiary ID: Iqama Number.
- License Type: Private.
- Duration: 2, 5, or 10 years.
- Recommended: Types of Driving Licenses in Saudi Arabia.
If you have selected the settings correctly, the system will allow you to pay the fee for a new driving license in KSA.
Dallah Driving School fee
- Dallah Driving School fee: SR 575.
- Computer test fee at Saudi Driving School: SR 115.
- Total Fee: SR 690.
Available funds on Iqama
- Once the fee is paid, you can check the available funds on Absher.
- After the funds appear on Absher, you can apply for a Saudi Driving License.
- If you are a woman, you will have to follow a slightly different procedure to apply for a Saudi driving license as a woman.
