- The height of the Holy Kaaba 🕋 is 50 feet and he needed a stone to construct it.
- The top of the door of the Holy Kaaba 🕋 is 18 feet above the ground.
- The foot size of Prophet Ibrahim عليه السلام was around 16.
Two Nafal for Tawaf
Prophet Ibrahim عليه السلام offered two rakat prayers after the completion of the construction of the Holy Kaaba 🕋 at the place where Maqam Ibrahim stands today. Allah liked it so much that He made it Wajib to perform 2 Nafal after Tawaf behind it.
Maqam Ibrahim was moved
During Umar bin Al-Khattab’s رضي الله عنه reign, he shifted the place and moved the Maqam more towards the east, so that the individuals who try to perform Tawaaf are able to perform it conveniently, without being in the way of individuals who pray after completing their Tawaaf next to Maqam-e-Ibrahim.
Acceptance of Dua
Maqam Ibrahim is one of the 8 places in Holy Kaaba where dua is accepted.
